Booking help

Our booking system can be a bit tricky to navigate, so here is a step by step guide!


  • Click the link for the store you would like to visit.


  • Please take the time to read our booking policy pop-up then press the blue “Okay” button.
  • Select the service.

    • The next page will show you the next available appointment. Please note the month, as our Portland location is typically booked out 4-6 weeks.

    • Select the date and time that works best for you.
    • You do not need to login with Google/Facebook, you can either create a profile or continue without doing so by selecting “skip login process.”

    • Enter your name and contact information. A cell phone number is preferred as you will get a reminder text message 24 hours before your appointment. Adding your phone number or email address does not sign you up for our newsletter or any other communications.


    • You must now click the “I agree” box to indicate you have read the appointment page on our website.

    • Click the blue “Book” button. You should receive a confirmation email shortly. Check your spam folders (or in Gmail, the Promotions folder) as the email often ends up there. This email will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
